Manage your plan, track payments, and view invoices.
Subscription Status
View your subscription:
- View your current plan in the 'Billing' tab
- Check subscription status (Active, Trial, Cancelled)
- View period start and end dates
- Track next invoice date
Payment Records
Record manual payments:
- Click 'Record Payment'
- Select payment method (Cash, Bank Transfer, On-site)
- Enter amount and reference information
- Payment record is notified to our team
Plan Upgrade
To upgrade your plan:
- Contact us (zek@zekmenu.com)
- Pricing is done according to remaining time
- Plan change becomes active immediately
- Transition is done without downtime
