By using ZekMenu services, you agree to the following terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ZekMenu provides QR menu and digital menu management platform for restaurants and cafes. Our services are provided under a SaaS (Software as a Service) model.

When using our services, you must comply with the following responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the security of your account information
• You must ensure that the content you upload is legal and appropriate
• You must comply with all legal obligations
• You must not engage in illegal activities or violate others' rights

There may be temporary interruptions in our services due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We cannot be held responsible for damages arising from these situations.

The ZekMenu platform and all its content are the intellectual property of Zektech. You may not copy, distribute, or use platform content without permission.

ZekMenu does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

If you violate the terms of service, we may suspend or terminate your account. You can delete your account at any time.

We may update the terms of service from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continuing to use the services after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms of service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts are authorized in case of any dispute.
