Branch and Table Management

Add branches, manage tables, and generate QR codes.

Overview

Branches represent your different physical locations. You can define tables for each branch and generate QR codes.

Creating Branches

To add a new branch:

  • Go to the 'Branches' tab in the dashboard
  • Click 'Create New Branch'
  • Enter branch name, slug, phone, and address
  • Check your plan's branch limit (Basic/Standard: 1 branch, Pro: 5 branches)

Table Management

Add tables for each branch:

  • Go to the 'Tables' section on the branch detail page
  • Add tables in bulk using 'Add Table Range' (e.g., 1-20)
  • You can also add tables individually
  • You can assign a custom label to each table
  • You can reset all tables in bulk (Reset All Tables button)

Delivery Zones

Define delivery zones for each branch:

  • Go to 'Delivery Zones' section on branch detail page
  • Click 'Add New Zone' button
  • Enter zone name, city, district, neighborhood information
  • Set minimum order amount and delivery fee
  • Enter delivery time in minutes
  • Customers will see the appropriate zone based on their address when ordering

WhatsApp Ordering System

Enable your customers to place orders via WhatsApp.

  • Go to 'Order Settings' section on branch edit page
  • Check 'Enable WhatsApp Ordering' checkbox
  • Enter WhatsApp order number (the number where order messages will be sent)
  • Optional: You can check 'Disable ordering on tables' option
  • Order types: Delivery, Pickup, Table
  • If delivery zones are defined, customers can select zones
  • Minimum order amount and delivery fee are set in delivery zones

QR Code Generation

Download QR codes for tables:

  • At least one table must be added for the branch
  • Click 'Download QR Codes'
  • All table QR codes are downloaded as a ZIP file
  • Print and place QR codes on tables
